VacuBoy is an ergonomically designed handpiece that allows you to control the aspiration of fluids from an In-House vacuum system.

The pressure sensitive green button at the top of the handpiece responds to your finger pressure and lets you remove supernatants safely without disrupting your cells. Additional vacuum control can be achieved by adjusting the screw setting at the base of the handpiece. This sets the residual suction level that operates when not using the green button. It also allows you to speed up the aspiration process when dealing with large volumes of supernatant found in T-flasks or roller bottles. VacuBoy has been preset at a low setting which insures you will never have waste liquids dripping from your collection tips! VacuBoy can be purchased separately or in conjunction with a wide variety of aspiration attachments to facilitate accessing your culture plates or vessels.
