The Pipetboy Pipettor is a lightweight, single-channel dispenser for accurate and reproducible filling and dispensing of plastic and glass pipettes from 1-100ml. The unit is ergonomically designed for ease of handling and use. The rechargeable Nickel Metal Hydride (NiMH) battery has no memory and can be recharged continuously. There are no screws or housing disassembly required to change the battery. A low battery indicator light on top of unit lets you know when it’s time to recharge! The aspirating and dispensing speeds can be continuously adjusted with one hand using the thumb dial. Fine dosing control can be applied by depressing the dosing buttons. Over filling and contamination is prevented by a hydrophobic 0.45micron filter located in an autocalveable nosecone.
