CL1000: Ideal for monoclonal antibody production up to 5mg/mL, recombinant protein expression, and concentrated cell densities of 108 cell/mL. Allows production of up to 1 x 109 cells per cell compartment. The 15mL cultivation chamber is ideal for small production runs. A 1000mL media compartment has vertical and horizontal volume markings from 100-1000mL. Produces ~80mg/month of antibody.

CL350: Designed for stem cell expansion, primary cell culture, and antibody production. Allows production of up to 2 x 108 cells per cell compartment. The 5mL cultivation chamber is ideal for all tissues where cell density is important. A 350mL media compartment has vertical and horizontal volume markings from 50-350mL. Produces ~27mg/month of antibody.

CELLine Adhere: Developed for the expression of biomolecules in anchorage dependent cell lines. The observed product concentrations in the cell compartment are in the range of 1-5mg/ml and are often several hundred times higher than what is obtained in either roller bottles or tissue culture flasks with the same cell type. Ideal for use with CHO, BHK, HEP2 or any other adherent cell line, CELLine Adhere is available in a one liter format. The flask is reusable and greatly reduces the downstream processing cost of concentration and purification. Serum usage is also reduced as a result of the compartmentalized chambers in the flask. The result is a low cost bioreactor for the production of expressed biomolecules!
