Terms and Conditions

Payment is due in 30 days to domestic accounts with approved credit, F.O.B. East Dundee, Illinois or Shipping Point with title passing at that point. Freight charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice. Because of the expense incurred with processing small orders, a handling fee of $15.00 will be added to orders under $50.00. MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit cards will be accepted.

Prices and Specification Data:

All prices are in USD. The prices, specifications, products and all other statements of policy in this catalog are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to change pricing in the event of a typographical error or an unusual and mitigating circumstance. We also reserve the right to discontinue an item without notice. Products in this catalog are intended for use in a laboratory by trained professionals.

Delivery:

Most orders can be processed and shipped within 24 - 48 hours. We ship UPS Ground unless requested to do so otherwise. Please inform our Customer Service Representative at the time of your order if you prefer a faster method.

Specialty Quotes:

We would be happy to work with you on specialty orders involving multi-unit or custom products not found in our catalog. Please contact our Sales Department for assistance.

Returns:

  1. We must be notified within 14 days upon receipt of merchandise with regards to shortage, damage or incorrect merchandise. Returns are accepted up to 90 days following the date on the proof of delivery.
  2. Claims for damage during shipping must be filed with the shipping company (ie: UPS, FEDEX, Freight Carrier, etc.) and noted on the receiving bill in writing for the driver/carrier. Keep a copy of the receiving bill. Claims must be made within 24 hours.
  3. No products are to be returned without written authorization and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact us and request a RMA prior to any return. Unauthorized returns will be refused and will be returned at your expense.
  4. Other than Manufacturer’s Warranty claims or merchandise not ordered, a 15% restocking fee (20% for freezer racks) will be charged for all returns. No credit or replacements will be issued or made if merchandise is shipped after 2 weeks from the date of the RMA.
